for and practice a mindset that includes sense of gratitude, <\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.health.harvard.edu\/healthbeat\/giving-thanks-can-make-you-happier#:~:text=In%20positive%20psychology%20research%2C%20gratitude,adversity%2C%20and%20build%20strong%20relationships.\">you can heal the mind and body quicker<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and have more joyful experiences in life.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">From personal experience, I know that when you have things being grateful for in your life, it invites you to experience more beauty and have a greater sense of purpose. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gratitude is a habit: once you find gratitude for one thing, you can always find more things to be grateful for and practice gratitude.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<div id=\"ez-toc-container\" style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Plus, it&#8217;s contagious &#8212; your attitude of gratitude can help others appreciate the little things, too. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I know the impact that gratitude has made on my life, starting with a newfound appreciation for some of the common things that I took for granted. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you\u2019re like me, it\u2019s easy to eat something for breakfast in a rush &#8211; but taking the time to savor the flavor of the fruit gives you a value you probably overlooked.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I hope that you\u2019ll take the time to embrace the powerful manifestation of gratitude in your life, so that you may grow to find sources of gratitude that may not always be obvious. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">That&#8217;s why I&#8217;ve created a list of things to be grateful for &#8212; to provide inspiration for your own gratitude.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As you incorporate these suggestions into your gratitude practice (such as finding three things to be grateful for every day), adapt them as you need to find joy and success.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While it&#8217;s important to be grateful for these things, it&#8217;s also vital to note that not every person has every sense and can experience the world in the same way, nor is every person housed and with access to clean, running water. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span
